Hi Friends,
I have been trying to eat healthier snacks lately, such as these "naked" nut packages:
Nuts are full of protein and good fats, both of which are good for me as I work out fairly regularly. I still prefer chocolate infused trail mix, but this is a better choice more often then not.
I also am drinking lots of water - we all need to be as healthy as possible with the current pandemic amongst us!
What sorts of snacks do you like?
