Bengali means a great combination of fish and rice. Whether it is breakfast or dinner or lunch, every time I want some great recipe of fish on the plate with white rice. Today is Sunday, a holiday. I want to have some special items on this food list. Usually, there is a recipe for meat on Sunday. But this Sunday I did it only with fish. Now the rainy season is going on in Bengal. So I remember the king of fish, hilsa.
Fried Hilsa Fish:
3 pieces of fish
Salt
Turmeric powder
Chili powder
Soybean oil
Fried hilsa fish is delicious. There is nothing more favorite for Bengalis than frying hilsa fish. A piece of fried fish with fried chili and hot rice, really great.
This recipe is easy to make as it takes very little time to make. First, you have to wash a few pieces of fish well in water and leave it for 10 minutes to drain the water. Then you have to marinate the fish with the same amount of turmeric powder and salt. One by one you have to wet the fish nicely. Then the fish will be fry.
Mustard Hilsa:
This recipe is one of the favorites of Bengalis. It is very tasty to eat.
3 pieces of fish
3 tablespoons of mustard paste
Turmeric powder
Salt
Chili
Soybean oil.
First, you have to wash the fish well and take out the water. Then you have to marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt. Make a mustard paste in a bowl with light hot water. Then fry the fish in hot oil.Add some hot in the pan. Add some amount of raw chili, salt, turmeric, and chili. Then pour the mustard paste. In this way, cover it for 15 minutes and it will be ready.
Mocha Ghanto:
A mocha
Coconut husk
Yellow
Salt
Hot spices
Raw chili
Soybean oil
To make this recipe, you need to make a banana mocha. Then you have to choose the buds from the mocha. The selected buds have to be washed well with water. Then you have to pour it in hot oil. It should be fried for 10 minutes. Then it should be poured with an amount of hot water and keep it with lid for 15 minutes.
Then at the end of it, there is sweet food,Khir Payes. It was given by a neighbor next to me. So I don't know anything about its recipe. But it is very tasty to eat.
