Thanks to this unprecedented advancement in science, we see the presence of many new things in the market. We are Bengalis. So we have different weaknesses in food. Whether that food is non-vegetarian or vegetarian. I love most the meat of chicken and duck. Sometimes I bought other breeds of chicken and duck meat from the market to change the taste. Today I went to the market and saw a new breed of chicken. Although It looks like local breeds, it is not local. The seller told me that the name of the breed was red. I asked the seller about the price. He said the price was $ 4 per kg. That is almost the price of domestic chicken. I always have a little more inclined to try new things. So I bought the red chicken for $ 7 dollars. The seller did the chicken into pieces and packed it well.

Then you understand that today's recipe is-

Red chicken curry:

Required Ingredients:

Chicken 1 kg 400 gm
3 tablespoons ginger and garlic paste
5 tablespoons of onion piece
3 tablespoons of red chili powder
2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
1 tablespoon of hot spice powder
3 potatoes
300 gm of soybean oil
Like the amount of salt

First, the meat should be washed well with water. Then meat should be left for 10 minutes to get out of the water. 3 potatoes should be cleaned well and cut into pieces.

Then mix all the necessary ingredients in the chicken meat and marinate it well. Marinate the meat and leave it for 10 minutes. Then when the oil is hot, fry the potato and onion until it looks brown. Fried onion and potato should be kept separate. The meat should be poured into the hot oil. Shake well and cook the meat on medium heat for 15 minutes. Then mix the onion and potato and ginger garlic paste in the meat and cook the meat for 3 more minutes.

Then pour the required water in it. Then cover with a lid and leave it for 20 minutes. Then put the meat down. Then delicious chicken curry will be made.
