Smoked Cheese

My mom has been trying to find her childhood salmon, and it has not been going good. So we decided to try and re create it. My brother went to Alaska 1 month ago, and brought back so salmon, and I found a good cold smoke recipe. So we had one day of cooler weather, as the cold smoke needs to be 70 to 80 degrees depending on what you are doing. Here is a picture of my set up, I did not have a cold smoker trail, so I used quite a bit more wood having the burner set up.
