Another Keto Lunch

Success! I already hit my target of 4kg weight loss in the first two weeks of my health and fitness regime. If that sounds like a lot, it isn't really. I'm now 108kg, down from 112kg 😯. Also, I'm roughly 6'3" tall with quite heavy bones, so it's bad, but not as bad as you may think :).

Anyway, the way weight loss works, you loose the most right at the beginning, and the graph resembles most people's YouTube views when people drop off straight after seeing your ugly face 😅, and then more people leave as they realise you're full of 💩

Yes, I've upped the physical activity lately, but my secret weapon is what I eat and drink. I've been eating a lot more vegetables and absolutely no rice, potatoes, bread or pasta. Basically I'm staying away from sugar and other white and refined carbs. Wholesome carbs, as exist in green beans, cauliflower and other vegetables, are perfectly fine.

Today's lunch consisted of "cauliflower rice", courgettes, tomato and pepper sauce and some tasty chorizo. Cauliflower rice isn't rice, of course, but a rice alternative so you can enjoy the same rice meals like paella, jollof rice or, what I made today - risotto 🤤
