It may be helpful to add "but without the routine" to that list. The difference is that you have to balance those two messages. When you focus on the good things in life and ignore the routine, you'll find yourself in a constant state of excitement about achieving your goals.

In fact, it's been proven that by taking small steps that you can make big changes in your life. One of the biggest reasons that you need to focus on the good things in life is because you need to make sure that they are in alignment with what you want out of life. Most people fall off track and stray far from their goals. It's important to stay focused so that you have the motivation to overcome obstacles and the drive to succeed. Even if you have setbacks, you need to stay positive. A setback is something that just keeps getting bigger as you try harder. By focusing on the good things you will be able to get back on track much easier.

Another reason that you need to focus on the good things but not the routine is that they provide security and a sense of stability in life. Having a regular source of income can help you out tremendously in achieving your goals. By focusing on the right things in life you will become less stressed and more energized. This will benefit your physical health as well. Focusing on the right things but not putting them in a routine is like living in an endless loop.

When you focus on the routine things in life, you will start to see the good things that could have gone wrong slip past you. You will experience more excited about life instead of being disheartened. The routines that we follow in life make us comfortable and secure. We do not move out of this comfort zone because it gives us security. If you let go of the routines that have kept you in this same place month after month then you will experience so much more excitement in life.

Focusing on the routine in life is very easy to do once you learn how to do it. It is so easy to get into a rut by focusing on only the bad parts of life. You will soon realize that you are not living life to its fullest unless you put the good stuff first and leave the rest up to chance. There are too many people who think that if they focus on the good things they will be happy. This is not true and if you want to achieve great success in life then you have to ignore all of the routines until you see a difference in your life.
