عدالت نے فائیو جی ٹیکنالوجی اور کورونا ویکسین کے خلاف دائر درخواست مسترد کرتے ہوئے درخواست گزار پر 25 ہزار روپے جرمانہ عائد کردیا۔ عدالت نے درخواست گزار کو ایک لاکھ روپے جمع کرانے کی ہدایت کی۔ ہائی کورٹ کلینک فنڈ میں 25,000۔ عدالت نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ دنیا فائیو جی ٹیکنالوجی سے فائدہ اٹھا رہی ہے۔ درخواست گزار نے فائیو جی ٹیکنالوجی کے نقصانات کے بارے میں ایک لفظ بھی نہیں کہا۔
دنیا کو فائدہ پہنچانے والی ٹیکنالوجی نقصان دہ کیسے ہو سکتی ہے؟ درخواست گزار نے صرف اس بات پر زور دیا کہ یہ ٹیکنالوجی غیر قانونی اور غیر صحت بخش ہے۔ درخواست کے ساتھ ایک دستاویز منسلک ہے جو اس کے موقف کی تردید کرتی ہے۔ درخواست دہندگان کو بھی کورونا ویکسین کا علم نہیں ہو سکتا۔ دنیا پچھلے دو سالوں سے اس خطرناک بیماری کا شکار ہے۔ دنیا نے کبھی ایسی بیماری کا تجربہ نہیں کیا۔
بیماری کے پھیلاؤ کو روکنے کے لیے کورونا ویکسینیشن۔ ویکسین وائرس کے خلاف قوت مدافعت میں اضافہ کرے گی۔ ان اقدامات کے سامنے کسی کی خواہش کو رکاوٹ نہیں بننا چاہیے۔ درخواست گزار نے فائیو جی ٹیکنالوجی اور کورونا ویکسین پر پابندی کی استدعا کی تھی۔ درخواست امیر جہاں عرف بسم اللہ نورین نے دائر کی تھی۔
