Para mi hay placeres en la vida más importantes que otros, hay mucho que ver en que la comida sea uno de ellos, ya que con la comida uno puede compartir en familia, festejar todos juntos en la mesa, alimentarse, vivir y experimentar sabores únicos en nuestro paladar.

For me there are pleasures in life that are more important than others, there is much to see in food being one of them, since with food one can share with the family, celebrate together at the table, eat, live and experience unique flavors on our palate.

Tengo una debilidad especial por los perros calientes, desde que tengo uso de razón y por cuentos de mis padres, toda la vida me han gustado, mi padre cuenta que me conocía cada esquina de mi ciudad donde había una venta de perros calientes y el tenia que soltear estos lugares para que yo no le pidiera "cómprame un perro".

I have a special weakness for hot dogs, since I can remember and because of my parents' stories, I have liked them all my life, my father says that he knew me every corner of my city where there was a sale of hot dogs and he had to release these places so that I wouldn't ask him to "buy me a dog".

Siempre intento en cada cumpleaños compartir la mesa con la familia preparando algo de comida, preferible perros calientes, puede ser también hamburguesas o una buena y nutritiva sopa en leña, son las 3 comidas que normalmente compartimos.

I always try on each birthday to share the table with the family preparing some food, preferably hot dogs, it can also be hamburgers or a good and nutritious wood-fired soup, these are the 3 meals that we normally share.
