No matter how lucrative your business can be if you don't know how to satisfy people, knowing what they truly want you will definitely fail in it. You must clearly verify if the value you are willing to give is accepted by the people you are giving it to.

What are this key of sales;

  • You scan your environment to identify what the people truly want.

  • See how you can get and provide the best of what they want.

  • Sell it to them at an affordable price.

They key to a successful business is satisfying the customers, you have to know what they want and be willing to provide it every time.

The mistakes business owners do is trying to force their goods and services on customers. It very wrong to keep persuading people to patronize you, this strategy might work for you but it would be very hard to achieve your target.

Instead of trying convincing people to buy your products, why not focus on making quality goods and let it attract people. Your energy should be focused on making quality products and not to keep persuading people to buy what they do not need.

Know what the customers want.

When you get the area you want to start up a business, you observe and get to know what they are lacking there. If they are lacking water and you decide to sell alcoholic drinks you are not doing the right thing, even if your aim is to start up such business you need to change plans.

You have to channel your energy on solving the immediate problem of that area which is water. You can create an affordable borehole or you can start a sachet water factory that is affordable to people in that area.

They key to a successful business is not to just sell product, the sole aim is to meet the needs of people with your product and the quality of what you are offering.
