Panagat Festival Queen 2023
The barangay Esperanza Poro will annually celebrate the Panagat Festival in honor of their beloved patron Virgin Mary of Kasilak. One of their annual events is the Panagat Festival, this is the title they chose for their festival because fishing is the livelihood of most of the residents of Esperanza. Since we were invited to a fiesta dinner by our beloved town mayor who lives in Esperanza, we witness t to their Festival Queen competition.
