My food
Today the festival of Durga Ashtami was celebrated here.This festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm all over India.That's why on this festival I have prepared Halwa Puri and Chickpea curry. There is raita. as well Halwa Puri and Chickpea curry is a special dish which is made on almost all festivals in India.This dish is made on every festival in our place too.This is quite a tasty meal.
This is puri I heated oil in a pan and then fried these puris in it.This pori turned out quite crispy.All puri are puffed up well and are crispy too.
This is raita, I made it with curd. I have added salt and roasted Cumin, mint and a little red chilli powder to the curd.After this, I kneading it properly.And I have added cumin seasoning to it Just like this our raita is ready.
This is pudding ,This is a sweet dish This dish is prepared with semolina and ghee. Semolina and ghee are cooked together in a frying pan and then dry fruits are added to it.After this sugar is added to it Add water and cook it When this mixture thickens, turn off the gas flame This is a very tasty sweet dish This dish is made on all festivals in our country.
This is a chickpea dish and is eaten with puri.This dish tastes delicious with Puri.Everyone has a different way of making chickpea curry, but whichever way it is made, it tastes delicious.
After all the food is cooked, my plate is now ready to be served.You all also take it and enjoy this food with me.
