Yes.

With higher fees to post on Blurt it means that more Blurt gets burned…

More Blurt gets burned, means less Blurt in existence…

Less Blurt in Existence means Blurt is more rare.

More rare means more Valuable.

So post more Blurt posts, Burn more Blurt and Blurt becomes more valuable.

The rarer something is, especially if it's also hard to obtain and refine (hence expensive to obtain and refine) such as gold, the higher the price it'll be. There's also the matter of supply and demand.
