Consider that you reside in an area that has struggled with a protracted drought. The earth is dead, cracked, and covered in dust everywhere you turn. Like it has never rained there. It can seem impossible for trees or crops to ever grow again. However, as everyone who has lived a long life knows, rains can end even the longest drought. We can have days when life feels like the broken, parched earth. Everything goes bad; we have to endure a protracted, dry season while waiting for anything happy and hopeful to happen. It's known as "sin."

According to the Bible, we are all fall short of what God has for us because of the bad things that we do. Sin is what keeps us far from God because of the bad things we do. To atone for our sins, however, Jesus traveled to Earth more than two millennia ago. He destroyed the authority of sin and death by dying on the cross in our place, establishing a fresh bond with the Almighty. Through His resurrection, He made good on His promise of a new life.

You can expect genuine hope that is as valuable to you as rain falling on a parched region when you let Jesus Christ take charge of your life. He will also bring breath-giving forgiveness into your circumstances. It is impossible to handle challenges on your own when Jesus is in your life. Instead of defeat, you will know success. When you stand with Jesus, you will experience life's lessons in a way that beyond your wildest dreams and imagination. Step by step, Jesus will walk with you and put your life back together.
