Today's blog is just a simple and random pictures that I took earlier. I just wanted to share to you guys that wearing eyeglasses is good and a protection to our eyes from the radiation that comes from our phones.

In the digital age, wearing eyewear to protect your screen is a wise decision. These glasses are made especially to block out the damaging blue light that screens emit, which lessens eye tiredness and strain. You protect your eyes from any long-term harm and preserve superior eye health by wearing them. Furthermore, they can enhance the quality of your sleep by reducing your exposure to blue light, which can interfere with your circadian rhythm. Adopting eyewear for screen protection is a proactive move towards taking care of your eyes in a world when displays are everywhere. It's not merely a sensible choice.

Wearing eyeglasses protects my eyes from any damage and acts as an essential protection.
