I wonder what is meant by this. If we take the contents of what is in a bag of salt, it is 100% salt. However, there are those that break things up by atoms and say well salt is sodium and chlorine and because it is balanced, they might say we have 50% / 50% "sodium" and "chlorine." It's just a ridiculous way of breaking chemicals down in a biological system like a human body. Which molecules you make up out of the atoms in salt, makes the difference between a mineral we consume and a poison!
