Sometimes our body and minds feel a state of exhaustion. As I write and read, I can feel this setting in already. But there is much to do and we must persist.

Exhaustion is part of life but managing it beforehand is important.

This is why planning and knowing yourself is highly essential. Self discipline is another factor that can help to keep exhaustion in check and it's something that each and every one of us should revisit from time to time
