. … blurt feels fresh fresh and exciting, and it’s so exciting to me because it changes the way the blockchain code operates. If there was one thing that I really did not like was the power plays of other social blockchains that I’ve used in the last few years, all it took was someone with lots of stake to abuse you in any way they saw fit, that’s kinda boring when your a writer and someone suppresses you.

No more! So glad we don’t have downvoting here, kinda didn’t make sense to me anyway, I never really understood the megalomania of power tripping of suppression because someone’s content didn’t match your current mental health mood.

Freewriting as you know if you read my last post is the most liberating and enjoyable freedom when it comes to booting up and getting the wiring of my brain going in the morning. I used to use 750words.com a lot for that and I still there is a big chasm for sentiment analyse like that does for the blockchain, someone should totally make that.

I’ve been starting to follow people here already that are doing some cool stuff on the chain, @ericet seems to be doing a bunch of UI things, @birdinc (I think from steem) is posting daily affirmations which I really can get behind (for focus reasons) and also @lanzjoseg who put in a proposal for a blurt technology focused community called #blurtech for one million blurt and actually got it -- talk about fast moving!

As I love technology and am an avid video, streaming and blockchain fan I’ll be posting a lot more technology focused content. Also, you should know that I’m powering everything up here, no powering down, at least for one year. I just want to see what happens when I treat this chain different from a fresh start.

The price of blurt really does not interest me actually, I know that would probably be a major thing for most people throwing some funds in here because the price is so low right now, you can already see people wanting to be future whales.

Also, paying to post, comment, edit something is refreshing, I’ve an avid fan of that things cost, I always loved the RC thing when that was introduced because it’s like real life, you have funds you need to buy resources to live, nothing is free, I tried to make content and video that was either conversational or of interest but ended up attracting the gutter trash trolls instead. Pay to play is fine with me.

Also, what’s exciting to me is fresh starts.

Brand new content, new contacts, new features, ability to suggest things, ability to add to a new blockchain from zero really appeals to me. Not having to pander or play to an existing entrenched cult like group who pretend to be one thing when they are really another.

I’d love to see RSS features on blurt, that way I could auto tweet those out, happy to put together a tutorial/screencast of how to do that if anyone is interested — let’s get the blurt social graph going out there, there is room for as many chains as needed I think, I’m no interested in playing only in the cool kids cliche.

I couldn’t believe how people treated you over on steem / hive — absolutely disgusting, but hey, you find your tribes and you learn to enjoy your tribes/spaces again.
