What do ETH miners want to achieve through ETH hardfork and ETH PoW?
It may be another money printing and then some stake holders would stare some points to get benefits.
Regarding very vulnerable and hard-to-predict crypto market, I may be wrong.
All blockchain may not need to have its own TVL that keeps value within its chain.
Some blockchains could pursue the feaure of payment and transaction medium and another ones may have strong smart contracts so those need TVL that represents storing value and used for initiating essential features(and now requirements from public) such as DeFi, NFT and tokenization of real world assets.
But not all blockchains cannot or may not need to have these features and TVL.
