Nando de Freitas, a research scientist at DeepMind and machine learning professor at Oxford University, has said 'the game is over' in regards to solving the hardest challenges in the race to achieve artificial general intelligence (AGI).
AGI refers to a machine or program that has the ability to understand or learn any intellectual task that a human being can, and do so without training.

Haha, human will never be able to create another human. And the robot will never be better. We are too complex to recreate us. AI ? That's just an algoriths that's programmed I guess. It can't decide things for sure. It can do only what programmed for. That was my first lesson when I've got my first education about how to repare pcs. The teacher told us that the computer is stupid. I told him why ? I was surprised while thinking it's a super machine. He told me that the computer will never do anything if you'll not programm it. And we learned how to program a calculator with leds. If it's on it's 1 if it's off it's 0. And computers understand mostly binary langues. It's we think that when we type something the pc or the phone understand it as what we wrote. While it's just a combination of 0 and 1.
I hope you are correct about what you believe, but I think there are many hidden secrets out there concerning the real power of robotics and computing, as well as the real possibility of cloning humans. We'll have to wait and see!
Yeah, as you said, we never know what they are hiding from us.
I found a good video today with the founder of bastyon.com :
AI is a LIE, But it is Dangerous to Humanity w/ Daniel Satchkov.
You may like his ideas about AI !
Thank you! I'll add it to the list! 😉🙏
Game over ,.. for who or what ?
Anyways , upscale the bugger to a size so it can pass me the butter please .
And to the A.G.I. ,.. welcome to the club bud .. ;-)
🤣
I'm always concerned about these kinds of things because the general theory is that whatever they present to us in public is 50 years behind what they already have in secret ops somewhere.
Robots that can learn. Can they learn various ways to murder humans? How about lying? Not all progress is good.
Heard that this has already taken place!
That's easy! 🤣 Google has the Machine Learning Fairness algorithm which determines what is truthful information online by using Wikipedia as it's main reference point. 🙈
It wasn't meant to be progress for us!
