I LOVE THIS PLACE CALLED AFRICA

“AFRICA IS NOT CURSED, RATHER, SHE IS TOO BLESSED TO BE CURSED”
With utmost willingness I have bulk evidence to buttress my conviction. Taken into account, the Holy Mother Church celebrates today, the EPIPHANY of our Lord Jesus Christ.
One would ask what is EPIPHANY?
From the etymology of this phrase, the word EPIPHANY was coined from the Greek word, “THEOFANEIA”, meaning appearance. Exegetically, it is the outward manifestation of Our Lord Jesus Christ to the Gentiles (world), represented by the Magi and the manifestation of his divinity, as it occurred at his baptism in the River Jordan and at his first miracle at Cana in Galilee.
Furthermore, the crux of my article centers on Africa as a continent and Africans as a people.
Do you know? The cradle of civilization emanated from Africa, Egypt precisely. Philosophy of life we clamor for today originated from the same Egypt in Africa, but notwithstanding the westerners has made us to see our continent as undeveloped and unintelligent and brain drained.
Today, we are celebrating Christmas and many other historical events identified with Christ Jesus, this e events became real because, Africa haboured the child Jesus when King Herod was trying to decimate him. Brethren, had it not been by the heavenly intervention which the Angel of God told Joseph and Mary to run to Egypt in Africa, we would have been celebrating chiefly all Innocents souls instead of Christmas (CHRIST BORN).
Following my findings about the three gifts offered to Christ by the three wise men. I was left in retrospective condition; infact I was in a state of heggerdy-piggeredy. What could this be? I discovered that the three gifts, GOLD, FRANCHISE AND MYRRH, were chiefly found and produced in Africa. From the archive of history, I came to understand that these African countries are the real origin of such tantalizing resources.
GOLD: South Africa and Ghana.
FRANCHISE: Somalia.
MYRRH: Botswana and Burkina-Faso.
In conclusion, my fellow Africans let us not wallow in contemplation while we are dwindling in danger, rather, let us echo for that which we ought to do (categorical imperative), in other to regain our aged lost sanity.
