Say what you want, but I am radical like Hitler in such matters. Contrary to nonsense that the Catholic Church, other religions and some of the left are saying, you can't fix all people. Even if they did, they just didn't deserve it. I stand by the opinion that a single killer, a pedophile who has one "incident" on his head, can still be defended, if only for the reason that there are systemic errors at every level and such a person may be innocent. Besides, maybe he can be cured of it or the matter is ambiguous. As for the murderer - the perpetrator could have acted under high stress, could have been provoked, etc. I know what that sounds like, but I also know that some people, like me, sometimes like to play with their happiness or tease a lion when it shits, as they say around me. This does not explain the perpetrator, but you will agree that this is not a 0-1 issue? When it comes to pedophilia, I know 3 cases from my city - three girls were very interested in sex and they themselves asked an older man to "make her a little sister", to put it mildly. I also know a few porn actresses who were curious "what itches them so much" (often because of harassment, but not always) or a politician from the USA - Milo Yiannopoulos, who once came to his pastor and as a 13-year-old boy begged him you know about what. As in the previous case, nothing would explain them, even if the child literally raped them.
However, these matters are completely different. Okay, most likely (and in the case of this kid, I'm 100% sure) they themselves got hurt in their childhood, but they crossed a certain line. I am nervous myself and when I get angry, I have to react to my anger and I feel guilty about it every time. They did not show remorse, they reacted on the contrary - these crimes did not scare them and I would rather not lie when I say that they are satisfied with them or that they are insolently lying. So I don't see any point in saving them - what will be the benefit of it? Will they come out again and kill again? Because, as the statistics prove, it cannot be otherwise. The same is psychology - if they were brought up in this way, these behaviors will stay with them for life (it is very difficult to change the habits we took from home. Even if we want to, even if we work hard at it, we will continue to display them, even on a subconscious level) . So since they did it twice or their crime is extremely hideous, I don't see the point in keeping them alive. Better to just make use of them and take their organs (and therefore pass a death sentence), which will be the only positive thing they can give the world. Will you say it's cruel, barbaric and ruthless? I agree in 100%. Therefore, I would not do it in public to make the conversation enjoyable. Instead, I would be clear about what awaits them they would be afraid of. Alternatively, if nothing could be done with these organs or the social resistance was too great, I would create special prisons in very difficult conditions (large temperature differences, inability to sleep, no contact with other people or space to move) and feed them once a day . Besides, unfortunately almost all people are eternally hungry and they think "okay, everybody else makes accidents, but not me!" and it's hard to fight. While simple crimes of this type can be fined, in such cases, it is worth applying more restrictive penalties to simply eliminate such individuals from society - for the safety of others.

Dziś rano przypomniałem sobie o sprawach, o których czytałem jakiś czas temu - 3 młodych chłopców pobiło na śmierć jednego mężczyznę, który wracał wraz z żoną oraz młodym nastolatku, który jako 14 latek zgwałcił, a następnie zabił 18 letnią dziewczynę. Mówcie sobie co chcecie, ale w takich sprawach jestem radykalny jak Hitler. Wbrew bzdurom, które wygaduje kościół katolicki, inne religie oraz część lewicy, nie da się wszystkich ludzi naprawić. A nawet gdyby, to po prostu sobie na to nie zasłużyli. Podtrzymuję zdanie, że pojedynczego zabójcę, pedofila który ma jeden "przypadek" na głowie można jeszcze bronić, choćby z tego powodu, że zdarzają się błędy systemowe na każdym szczeblu i taka osoba może być niewinna. Poza tym, może można go wyleczyć z tego lub sprawa jest niejednoznaczna. Jeśli chodzi o mordercę - sprawca mógł działać pod wpływem dużego stresu, mógł zostać sprowokowany etc. Wiem jak to brzmi, ale wiem też, że niektórzy ludzie, np. ja, czasem lubią bawić się swoim szczęściem lub drażnić lwa, gdy ten sra, jak to się mówi w moich okolicach. Nie tłumaczy to sprawcy, ale zgodzicie się chyba, że nie jest to sprawa 0-1? Jeśli chodzi o pedofilię, to znam 3 przypadki z mojego miasta - trzy dziewczyny bardzo interesowały się seksem i same zgłosiły się do starszego od nich pana, by ten "zrobił jej siostrzyczkę", mówiąc delikatnie. Znam też kilka aktorek porno, które były ciekawe "co je tak swędzi" (często to wynika z molestowania, choć nie zawsze) lub polityka z USA - Milo Yiannopoulos, który kiedyś przyszedł do swojego pastora i jako 13-letni chłopak błagał go sami wiecie o co. Tak samo jak we wcześniejszym przypadku, nic ich nie tłumaczy, nawet gdyby dziecko ich dosłownie gwałciło.
Te sprawy są jednak kompletnie inne. Ok, najprawdopodobniej (a w przypadku tego dzieciaka, to jestem pewny na 100%) oni sami zostali skrzywdzeni w dzieciństwie, ale przekroczyli pewną granicę. Sam jestem nerwusem i gdy się zdenerwuję, to muszę odreagować swoją złość i za każdym razem mam wyrzuty sumienia z tego powodu. Oni nie wykazali skruchy, zareagowali wprost przeciwnie - te zbrodnie ich nie przeraziły i raczej nie skłamię, gdy powiem, że są z nich zadowoleni lub bezczelnie łgają. Zatem nie widzę sensu, by ich ratować - no bo jaka korzyść z tego będzie? Wyjdą jeszcze raz i ponownie zabiją? Bo jak dowodzą statystyki, inaczej być nie może. Tak samo psychologia - jeżeli zostali tak wychowani, to te zachowania zostaną im dożywotnio (bardzo trudno jest zmienić nawyki, które wzięliśmy z domu. Nawet jeżeli chcemy, nawet jeżeli będziemy nad tym ciężko pracować, to nadal będziemy je przejawiać, choćby na poziomie podświadomym). Zatem skoro zrobili to 2 razy lub ich zbrodnia jest wyjątkowo ohydna, to nie widzę sensu by ich trzymać przy życiu. Lepiej po prostu zrobić z nich użytek i pozbawić organów (a co za tym idzie - wydać wyrok kary śmierci), co będzie jedyną pozytywną rzeczą, jaką mogą dać światu. Powiecie że to okrutne, barbarzyńskie i bezwzględne? Zgadzam się w 100%. Dlatego nie robiłbym tego publicznie, by gawiedź miała radość. Mówiłbym natomiast jasno, co ich czeka by się bali. Ewentualnie gdyby nie dało się nic zrobić z tych organów lub opór społeczny byłby zbyt duży, to stworzyłbym specjalne więzienia w bardzo ciężkich warunkach (duże różnice temperatur, niemożność zaśnięcia, brak kontaktu z innym człowiekiem, czy przestrzeni do poruszania się) i karmił ich raz dziennie. Poza tym, niestety niemal wszyscy ludzie są wiecznie nienażarci i wydaje im się, że "no ok, wszyscy inni popełniają wypadki, ale nie ja!" i trudno się z tym walczy. O ile proste przestępstwa tego typu, można ogarnąć karami finansowymi, o tyle w takich przypadkach, warto zastosować bardziej restrykcyjne kary, by po prostu eliminować takie jednostki ze społeczeństwa - dla bezpieczeństwa innych.
