Gurranq, a massive and beastly clergyman, makes his dwelling within the Bestial Sanctum located in the north-eastern region of Caelid. Many years ago, his fearsome ferocity led to the moniker "Death of the Demigods." Currently, he is on a quest for Deathroot, a substance born from the Rune of Death that proliferated throughout the Lands Between after the killing of Godwyn the Golden on the Night of Black Knives. Despite consuming Deathroot, it seemingly fails to satiate his insatiable appetite.
Elden Ring is an action role-playing game developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. The game, directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, was made in collaboration with fantasy novelist George R. R. Martin. The title was released for Microsoft Windows, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
