Hi everyone, As religious people, we are taught that there are two best human beings; people who teach and people who learn.
Learning to teach is not an easy matter, as a teacher, we are forced to face various kinds of problems from students. Starting from the different characters, their abilities and and traits.
We see a lot of violence in teaching and learning systems around the world. We also see many teachers who fail in educating, as well as many students who fail to become successful. Why?
The teacher is like a spring. If the flowing water is clear, then those who drink it will be healthy and fresh. If the water that flows is cloudy and dirty, it will become a disease for those who drink it. This means that as a teacher we must be able to provide the best for students.
As a teacher, we must understand that students are like white papers. They will produce what we write, whether it is good, or bad. So the character of a teacher is very influential for students.
Teachers must understand that their job is not only to teach, but also that they are learning to understand their students.
So it is not surprising if we see that there are students who like teacher A, and hate teacher B. We must continue to learn to understand that.
