Yesterday morning I noticed my oyster kit finally started pinning.

Here they are about a couple hours later.

Towards the end of the day the caps started turning really dark.

Throughout the day today I took photos of their growth process.

The caps are just starting to fan out.

Now they are looking more gray than blue. I'll see if giving them more air will help them grow larger caps that are more blue. My last blue oysters ended up white as they got too much moisture and not enough air.

By comparison this how my last blue oysters ended up, not blue at all lol.
