Seedling preparation:

Marigold seedlings can be made from branch cuttings and seeds. Seedlings are to be produced by sowing seeds in the seedbed in November. Although it can be cultivated all year round, the yield is good in winter. In order to graft with branches, the branches of marigold tree should be cut 8-10 cm long. The pieces of branched stalks should be planted in the seedbed with a couple of episodes. The best time is March. Seedbed should be kept wet with regular irrigation. Leaves germinate in 20-25 days.

Land selection and preparation

High, well drained loamy and fertile soil is suitable for marijuana cultivation. The land has to be prepared by cultivating the soil four or five times with a ladder. When cultivating in tubs or pots, it is necessary to make a mixture of three parts of two-fiber clay or two-part soil with one part of dung. This fertilizer should be filled in soil tubs or containers or polybags.

Fertilizer application:

Every hundred acres of land requires compost dung, 40 kg urea 2 kg, TSP 3 kg and MOP 2 kg fertilizer. These fertilizers should be mixed with the soil.

Sapling planting:

One month old seedlings made from seeds or branches are to be planted. Seedlings are to be planted in December. The distance from row to row should be 40-50 cm and the distance from seedling to seedling should be 30-40 cm. Marigold can be cultivated directly from seeds without producing seedlings. In this case 5-6 grams of seeds should be sown in the land every century.

Care:

Irrigation has to be done before the soil dries. If water accumulates at the base of the tree, drainage should be arranged. As soon as the weeds grow, the weeds should be cleaned with a hoe. Marigold swelling is not a disease. However, if Jab insects attack, 2 ml of Malathion should be mixed in 1 liter of water and sprayed. When the tree is big, if it is tied to the pole, the tree stays straight The quality of flowers is good. To increase the number of flowers on the tree, the top of the tree should be broken one month before flowering. If you hold a lot of flowers or buds in a branch, you have to break the rest by keeping one or two at the top so that the flowers grow. Fifteen days after planting, 50 g of urea per cent can be applied. When the seedlings die, the seedlings should be planted there. Seedlings should be thin even if they are dense.
