Since the appearance of man on earth until today, plants have had very valuable importance in the life of both human beings and animals; since plants are an appendix of nature that have the law of preparing man's means of life and these means of life extend to those who also enjoy the protection of plants.
Human beings and animals, by their natural grade of life, cannot consume substances in a mineral state, which is more ordinary than the complexion of the human and animal organism; so, plants take salts and mineral essences in their states of second, third and fourth grade, and assimilate and purify them, and give them to man and animal in fruits; and this is because the mechanism of their organs is destined to raise these lower substances to a purer grade, so that human and animal organisms may consume them.
Man can choose the fruit or food suitable to his organism more delicate than the animal and so he can compliment his nutrition with the products of the tame animals, but not only in the feeding and nourishment of the beings do plants take an important part, they also participate in providing man with very effective medicines that besides alleviating our pains, also cure diseases that chemical medicines cannot do; if we add to that the beauty of the flowers that plants produce and the perfume that embalm our environment and that these flowers are brought to beautify the gardens of our homes.
We also take advantage of the shade that comforts us on hot days. In addition to all this, many plants can be used their wood for the artisan to make beautiful furniture and wooden artifacts to enhance our well-being.
Plants give us their whole being and give us such unselfishly beautiful food, medicine, and comfort that we are seldom able to appreciate
When we plant and care for plants, we are thanking and demonstrating our love for nature and our Universal Creator Father.
We need to become more aware of the importance of plants for all of us and the effects that the indiscriminate destruction of trees would have on the environment
Let's all join the campaign for all plants...
