Dubai is ridiculous expensive and way too hot to live. You made the right choice. There are a million better places to live than Dubai.

Why don't you come to Thailand, life is not so expensive and there is a large community of Russian expats. Or maybe Vietnam which is growing.
Tailand are asking for at least $800 to have per person in the bank account to make that visit visa. And who knows how to make it longer.
