Wow!!! I have never had a dream where I had any desire to kill someOne. Of course, I don't remember dreaming these days - and for decades. In the last 40+ years, there are... Maybe four dreams I remembered...

I would be concerned the day I don't remember dream anymore. I remember dreaming every time, yes details escape me but I know I have dreamed. Maybe you require some pineal gland detox.
Maybe... I would not know what to do, though. I'm perfectly happy without the horrors I tended to dream about, from satanic rituals and all... [shrug]

Of course heating healthy is required. No more fluoride. No vax. Basically stay away from any food with a commercial to it.
Water crests are high on PH and are great to decalcification. They taste awful at first but your taste buds will adjust.
Eat kosher foods. Stay away from pork. Etc. You know the drill. Research research research.
There's also Yáge or Ayahuasca for a deeper cleansing. One ceremony is a boost that of 400 hours of meditation I say. Of course that would be very hard to do in the States. One of my neighbors holds these ceremonies once or twice a year for 100usd. They bring an actual shaman from the south America or an apprentice.
Also, dreams to me, is your soul trying to communicate to you. Not to cause you pain but for you to deal with it to heal.
