My 3.5KW Home Backup System

Got real lucky...

All the components of my DIY 3.5KW Home Backup System were delivered and I was able to assemble it before my last all-day power outage (schedule "brownout").

The System is comprised of the following:

  • 12.8V 280Ah LifePO4 Battery (built-in 240A BMS)

  • 7 Phase LifePO4 Battery Charger

  • 12V 1000W Pure Sine Wave Inverter

  • 4 Heavy Duty Extension Cords

This was the first all-day brownout without suffering from the miserably hot weather (outside temperature averages >90 degrees F in the shade this time of year).

I had full use of my home WiFi.

The system easily handled the load from three standing fans, the WiFi router, two desktops, two large screen monitor and bedroom lights.

We conveniently quick-charged all our devices.

And last, but not least, I didn't have to worry about the well-being of my family, three dogs and the 50+ tropical fish residing in three fish tanks!

Submitted FYI.

May you and yours be well and loving life today.
