Gosh I am so sorry to hear you are unwell again! You hardly got a break at all!
An elderly friend of mine broke her hip recently in Vietnam. She had surgery the very next day, was up and walking the day after that. Here, it would have taken a very long and painful time.
If I am doing the math right, your GI issues started soon after your surgery. This suggests that the issue is related to the drugs you were administered or took, or are still taking, for that. A homeopath could help you, and, since the issue is fairly new, it would likely bring relief fairly quickly! Vietnam sounds efficient. In 2016 my grandmother fell and broke her hip, and I took her to hospital. She qualified for the surgery, and was prepared to go through the recovery, but she died (her heart stopped beating) the night before. As she had signed a DNR, they let her go. I've never really been sure how to process that, and I think it has complicated the grieving process. Many tell me that hospitals are essentially (or literally) offing people nowadays, like they've all got their designated secret Dr. Death who goes around keeping costs down. I don't know if it's that bad yet, but point taken either way. I think her chances would have been just as good in Vietnam, perhaps better.
Yeah, the abd pain did start around that time, perhaps maybe 2 weeks before the ablation. Katie wonders if maybe some of the abs exercises I was doing at the time caused a tear? (I was toning up for the surgery/recovery process.) I'm also now reading about how coughing, sneezing, and clearing the threat can lead to a kind of hernia that has similar symptoms. Apparently there's been a big uptick since Covid and the shots.
But you mentioned drugs taken for the surgery, the only one was a blood thinner, which I had to take until a couple months ago. I don't see how that would be the cause, but the timing matches. Hmmm! Thanks for the ideas..
