I am kicking myself for not buying the land on Manitoulin Island at $5k a few years back when I could have but someone talked me out of it🙄 I really have to stop listening to people this is like when I wanted to pick up $200 worth of Bitcoin biweekly when it was $40 a coin but a "professional" investment specialist said not to.

I was going to buy a plot of land on Lake Huron, small sandy beach for about $50 k… it sold recently for 3 Million. Easy come easy go. I’m looking for plots up on Lake Superior now. Stay tuned for more property investment ideas.
Everyone I told to buy Bitcoin back at $500 told me it was a scam. I just wish I held on to it a little longer. But when you turn $500 into $10,000 it’s hard not to sell.
At least with Blurt and BYT we can stack a few Million before they reach $1000
