what is the difference between the power ups in steem, hive and blurt different between these three platforms. and why on the Blurt platform it's only in the 'Rewards: Power Up 100%' setting there are no other options like steemit and hive.

First of all if it wasn't great or the market wasn't comfortable with it, our our project would not have market value. So the simple fact that we have retained market cap at all, shows market acceptance of this technique.

I can give you a little history there.
@baabeetaa made that tweak when setting up the chain. In fact I'm not really sure that we discussed it, but that's what he did and I think that we're going to adjust it to something that puts most of your rewards (75%) as blurt power and the rest as liquid blurt. I think this is especially important since we do have fees on this chain.
The fees had killed me last week :) Without any knowledge suddenly I was not able to make anything. But I had nearly 40000 Blurt Power, that has to be changed. For example just 1 Blurt to liquid in such a case.
Yes this is why it is important for us to change so that we pay users a portion of rewards in liquid blurt.
Why not just 1 Blurt into liquid? Should not be to difficult. And it is not a power down with significant value.
