In almost all areas of Bangladesh, birds can be seen in the very favorite Kamranga fruit. The raw fruits of the native varieties of Kamranga which are grown in this country are quite sour, somewhat sweet when ripe. Lately, a kind of foreign variety has come which is sweet in taste. Kamranga's native place is Malacca. The medium-sized Kamranga stalks are quite bushy and stiff.

It grows up to 30 feet in height and has a bunch of light pink flowers. Flowers come in June-September and fruits ripen in September-January.
As a result, it is rich in vitamins A and C. Seed trees flower in 3-4 years. Adult trees produce 600-700 fruits per year. The hot and humid climate is conducive to Kamranga cultivation.

Kamranga can be cultivated in any soil except sandy soil. Kamranga can also be propagated through grafting. Kamranga cultivation does not require much fertilizer. Fertilizer once a year is enough. The Kamranga variety has not been properly determined. However, in our country, Kamranga, the three varieties of sour, sweet and Baromasi are more well known. Jamrang fruit is used to make jams, jellies, jams, sauces and pickles. As Kamranga is an exportable fruit, it has great potential for commercial cultivation.
