Am Ende sehen die Kunden meist nur das Endergebnis aber nicht die Vorarbeit. Ein gutes Ergebnis kann nur erreicht werden indem eine gute Vorarbeit geleistet wurde.

Auch auf die richtige Konsistent des Mörtels/ Putz kommt es an. Dieser darf nicht zu fest oder flüssig sein... Sebastian hat hier den Dreh raus.
Es gibt's verschiedene Möglichkeiten einen haltbaren Putz zu erstellen. Am kostengünstigen ist Putz- und Maurermörtel.
Tipp: Mit 2 Kellen flexiblen Fliesenkleber wird der Mörtel viel cremiger und lässt sich einfacher verarbeiten. Wer eine atmungsaktive Wand haben möchte, kann alternativ einen Kalkzementputz als Unterputz nehmen.
Wenn du verhindern möchtest, das deine Kelle immer wieder in den Mörtel fällt, dann klebe diese einfach an... 😉
Für schöne runde Ecken gibt es spezielle Eckkellen...
Nachdem der Unterputz nach 1-2 Tagen getrocknet ist kann der finale Oberputz aufgebracht werden. Hier ein Zementputz für eine glatte Oberfläche. Alternativ kann auch jeder Rauputz aufgetragen werden. Wichtig, der Oberputz muss in einem Arbeitsgang pro Wand aufgebracht werden.
Und wenn Handwerker ganz zärtlich mit der Schwammkelle umgehen, könnte es am Ende so aussehen...

Handwerker, die besonders geschickt sind, wird nachgesagt, das diese die Hände eines Frauenarzt hätten...🤷♂️

The correct consistency of the mortar/plaster is also important. This must not be too solid or liquid... Sebastian has got the hang of it.
There are several ways to create a durable plaster. The most economical is plaster and masonry mortar.
Tip: With 2 scoops of flexible tile adhesive, the mortar becomes much creamier and is easier to work with. If you want to have a breathable wall, you can alternatively use a lime cement plaster as a base coat.
If you want to prevent your trowel from falling into the mortar again and again, just glue it on... 😉
There are special corner trowels for nice round corners...
After the base coat has dried after 1-2 days, the final top coat can be applied. Here a cement plaster for a smooth surface. Alternatively, any roughcast can be applied. Important, the finishing plaster must be applied in one operation per wall.
And if craftsmen handle the sponge trowel very tenderly, it could end up looking like this...
