The comfortable silence ❤

Today is our 8th wedding anniversary but we've been a couple for 14 years now - this is so us. Love those comfortable silences so much because our lives are so crazy!.Just existing with my ex boyfriend was my favourite thing to do. Never ever take those little moments for granted. They'll hurt you just as much as the larger ones when they're gone.I lost my husband last Friday. And this is what I will miss the most. Tomorrow would have been our 9 year wedding anniversary. Your comics always bring me joy and a smile.The last line hit me the most:
Me being me, you being you.

We were so unfortunate that we couldn’t support each other as: "me being me, you being you".
I think in most relationships we make this easy thing so hard. We always want to decorate/adjust the person like our choices. This is so wrong actually.

Maybe it's so easy to handle, but, when you can't cope up with "letting the person to be her/himself always", you cannot handle a relationship with peace.

I hope everyone there remains so happy with their partners, don't overthink & wait for the right time to step forward together in life. Ameen.This was our normal every day lives before it came crashing down. My wife is currently in the icu with covid. Thank you for making and posting this comic because to no avail, this is what true love really is. Just BEING with someone around you no matter what you're doing, and when you can't have that it really hurts. True love comes in the form of just knowing each other's presence. You don't need to stare at eachother or even be in the room with them all the time to know the love is there.So very sweet and the husband and wife should be, comfortable with in your own self, not expecting each other to make you happy!!!!
