My comforting recipe of chai and paratha is just mesmerizing.Once you try it out ,you can the same person again haha. Whether you're starting your day or craving a nice lunch or snack, this classic recipe of mine will surely satisfy your taste buds. Follow these steps to prepare a delicious chai and paratha that will send you to heaven I REPEAT HEAVENNNN!!!
How to Make Perfect Chai:
1. Boil water in a saucepan and add loose tea leaves or tea bags, along with crushed ginger up to you and whole spices like cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, also up to you
2. Let the tea steep for a few minutes until it reaches its highest level.
3. Add milk and sugar to the tea and for a few more minutes stir it .
4. Strain the chai into cups and serve piping hot with your favorite biscuits or snacks.
How to Make Perfect Paratha:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and a drizzle some oil. Gradually add water and mix the dough until it's smooth and softy.
2. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a thin circle using a rolling pin.
3. Heat a tawa or fry pan over medium heat and cook the paratha on both sides until golden brown, brushing with ghee or butter for extra flavor.
4. Serve the paratha hot with your favorites like yogurt, pickle, or chutney.
