I hope you all are doing well, Let us talk today about some Real facts!
" I have been in depression for quite a long time now. I had some rules that made me feel better along my journey .And I would love to share them with you. "
Rule No 1: Don't take Things seriously:
I have my own family members and my sister talk sh*t bout me. I love my family but families can be toxic too sometimes.
A lot toxic. I have many people my own friends and fam telling mew that I am not worth it. And yet ,I fight to show them that I am worth it.
Remember!
You live only once. No one can tell you what to do and what not too. You are ruler of your own life. Accept it and own it. Talking about me ,I keep things pending .Like I want to learn a skill so I will say no Ill start from tomorrow and then Ill keep pending things .If you want to start any thing ,Start from today. Keep this moto in life.
Rule No 2:Smart Work Strategy:
Have a easy to-go rule. Start by doing little work, have breaks and then continue. Make a schedule and try to complete it within due time. Try to work for at least 2 hours. That work can be anything whether your academic work or self learning. Be your own teacher and ace things. I usually apply smart work strategy during exams when I have a lot of pressure to complete works. I divide my work into modules and chunks and then I try to complete them in due time.
Last but not least rule!
Rule No 3: Be consistent:
Remember success doesn't come with in days. If you want to succeed in anything .U need to be consistent and start working for it now.
Time is precious .Don't waste it ,utilize it make use of it .SO that in future, when u look at your past you know that you have made good things out of it.
Keep fighting ,keep working .You got this.
