On a very much side note to @jacobgadikian et al., pls consider an issue i think about fees: since witnesses can set their fee structure individually, i see a point of attack/error when a witness set the fee ridiculous high like for ex. 100 blurt, that would be a disaster. This could be by accident typo/fat finger, or worse a rogue witness or hostile attack/hack. I suggest to modify the software such that the new fee shall not differ 10% (for ex.) from the average of the top 20 witnesses. I.e. calculate the average then not allow + or - 10% difference from that average. what you blurt?
