At 1st I was against the @double-u idea to End all Delegations.
I though we needed to have delegations to run large Curation Projects …
But then I realized, wait a minute if we end Delegations and people want to run a very large Curation Project like #blurtpoetry or #blurtcars or #blurtcats then those people will need to go buy 10 Million Blurt on Ionomy or Hive-Engine.com
And this will be a very good thing for Blurt.

I've given up looking at the general feed coz I see posts with mega votes, open them up and it's a man lying on a sofa with man flu or a cat with a cone-of-shame because she's just had her ears cleaned of ear mites. I spend a lot of time and research on my posts and see tripe getting way more votes and it always turns out one of those delegation bots were used. I don't see how lazy content just to make money is going to attract new people here.

I'm not sure if delegates are removed people will stay here. not everyone has a lot of money To buy blurt. and the economic factor during covid is not as good as it used to be. As long as delegating to the curator project is clear, I don't think the delegate button should be removed. Everyone has their own point of view

if delegates are removed there is no more community building, without delegation as support I think many people will leave. only people with a lot of BP will survive.

On bastyon you get very limited amount of posts per day, 1 or 2 max, it encourages people to at least buy 50 so they can post more, around 4 posts then, then they have to earn reputation to post more, it sent the price to $6 in June, it fluctuates between $1 to $2 this week, but was worth nothing when you did not have to buy some to join in, just a thought, and proof of what can be done if you have imagination.
some have already earned alot from delegation. so they have enough blurt power now, removing it is now is not a problem for them...if its removed it might help the price of blurt to go up, but alot of people will power down.
