What a Rainy Morning! Blurtians. It's Saturday and it's weekend, time to relax and having some fun.
I just wanted to share this meaningful thoughts that I read in my Newsfeed on Facebook when I was scrolling down.
It's all about having a degree title/holder. For me, by having a degree title/holder is a blessing and something that I can be proud of because some people didn't afford to go to college. But it doesn't mean that being a title holder you have to be mean and greedy to others. You don't have the right to do that and also you don't know what they've been through all the sacrifices and struggles they've been facing.
Even if you are a degree title holder but you don't have the skills and capabilities that the work or a company requires it's worthless. But most importantly the behavioural matters because skills can be learned.
In the competitive world of today, a degree on its own is frequently insufficient. Beyond scholastic credentials, it's critical to hone and consistently improve your skills. The work market is dynamic and requires flexibility as well as a dedication to remaining current with industry developments. Understanding the importance of behaviour is equally important. Professionalism, good communication, cooperation, and a positive outlook are valued traits by employers. To succeed in the fast-paced world of work, one must adopt a comprehensive strategy that combines a strong educational foundation, continual skill improvement, and an admirable attitude.
Thank you for your support. May God Bless us all ♥️🙏.
