From Gandhi's thoughts I take this as a reference to comment on a delicate but very common topic in the human being. We have become (I am talking about the vast majority) people who always take the easy way out.
It is true that if a situation can be resolved or solved in a simple way, it must be done, but this does not apply to all things in life. But taking into account the current situation in Venezuela, where a "socialist" system has been established that has promoted a policy of distribution of "benefits" of aid, has only increased the discouragement and disinterest of society.
When a person loses interest in an issue they no longer care about its outcome, this means that if you are not motivated by something there is no reason to value it.
In a society like today's, where many do not study because there is no motivation, teachers do not give classes because they do not have adequate remuneration and benefits. Where there is no guarantee that what you have is always yours. It has led many to take the easy path of waiting for this to change or even worse, to wait eagerly for a monthly aid bonus to arrive, this type of situation does not generate any
