ingredient
- 4-5 banana slices, cut into pieces
- 1 cup vermicelli
- 2-3 dashes of local chicken meat
- 4 kaffir lime leaves, torn
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
- 1 tablespoon sliced spring onion
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Curry paste
- 10 dried chilies
- 9 cloves of Thai garlic
- 5 shallots
- Shrimp paste 1 teaspoon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Seasoned fish sauce
- A little MSG
- Fish sauce, seasoned as desired.
How to do it
- Pound the curry paste together thoroughly.
- Stir-fry the curry paste with oil until fragrant. Add the chicken and stir-fry well.
- Add banana pulp and boil until banana pulp is soft.
- When boiling, add vermicelli.
- Add kaffir lime leaves, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with coriander and spring onions. Ready to serve on the table.
