No they are not. I have been around since minds first started and then steemit was only 2 year old when I first heard ofnit after observing it I joined.

whaleshares I think is ok but just so little it's just not really worth it unless you really just use it for the social side but then I personally prefer fb as I get work and jobs from fb which, I have never gotten from blockchain social. Minds I didn't really get into anyone else? Dtube seems fine for video.
fb has marketing communities specific to their location, these blockchains hive, steemit and blurt, do not. not as sophisticated and organized as fb has it.
People post what they want to buy and sell and that was that. people would comment and communicate, Here you could embed videos and picturea and make what your selling more noticeable and make a sell quicker.

I never get anything locational though really. I just made connections there that actually bought my stuff and services / even from over in America etc. I never had anyone here buy anything. I was ok with that tho as made a bit of extra income to invest in crypto but if that goes away then at least on fb you do seem to make sales or get connections in real life which, doesn’t seem to happen here, maybe cause everyone’s afraid of outing themselves lol or giving bank details.
LOL hive is the least decentralised of any, steemit actually is ok these days, i think Justin although himself probably an idiot, is to busy to get involved in anything day to day and I never really see any arguments or censoring there since the hive crew left, it's actually really peaceful there now. The wox community is nice.

I mean I don't post about blurt on steemit because I think it is disrespectful to use a platform to promote other platforms, even though on YouTube and fb it's perfectly fine, I would talk about it though. I have never seen anyone get downvoted on steemit the entire time I have been on there since the hive cabal packed up and moved off, well some of them did a few residual downvotes but not for ages. I am sure there is some downvoting but as an average blogger minding your own business I find steemit the most calm and easy going of them all if I am honest, it doesn't have the characters blurt does though, maybe we should all move over and post there as well as blurt and we can support each other on two platforms.
On youtube I always talk about other platforms and nothing happen to my videos. The same about blurt, I write about steem and hive sometimes and still nothing happen to my account. The same about readcash and noise cash. In lbry I guess people also promote many platforms. Ah, the same about dtube, I created videos about all mentioned platforms and always supported on dtube.
you could talk about blurt on steemit, I guess some ppl might not upvote if you talked about it all the time and sort of put steemit down and promoted blurt but I doubt you would get downvoted, steemit rly isn't like that anymore now the cabal left, I don't think Justin personally goes around every account.
Not downvoted I said, they hide posts at all. You can see them only on the blockchain, but impossible to find them on any frontend. That happened a lot after the takeover.
