Las comunidades y algunas cosas que podemos ver dentro de estas (ES/ENG)

Saludos amigos de blurt, para hoy les traigo un post en el que hablaré sobre algunas cosas relacionadas con las comunidades de las personas y como también es importante la colaboración de todos en una comunidad.

En los conjuntos residenciales es vital tener unos buenos vecinos que se presten adecuadamente para poder hacer los arreglos, pues muchas veces el tener un orden para cumplir las cosas que son necesarias en la misma comunidad para poder hacer funcionar las cosas sin tener que estar con las cosas tediosas de reclamar y tener que andar en la persecución de los vecinos que estén morosos.

Pues, por ejemplo, muchas veces cuando son trabajos que, si les afecta, como por ejemplo las llaves codificadas de accesos, estos si se preocupan a la mínima de dar una prima del pago, o pagarlo en su totalidad, pero para otras cosas más generales, siempre que no les impidan su vivencia diaria, dejan esto en mano de otros, y no necesariamente se debe a que no posean con que realizar el pago, pues por simple comodidad o que otro sea el que realice estos pagos.

Ya que si bien es cierto que muchas personas quizás no puedan costear algunas reparaciones, tales como los señores mayores que vivan de su pensión por ejemplo, o de lo que puedan sacar del día a día, otras personas simplemente se valen de esta comprensión para no realizar los pagos cuando se les solicita, y es algo lamentable ver muchas veces como estas personas son las que van erosionando a la comunidad, pues, hay personas que van con la mente de sí fulano no paga aun teniendo como pagar, entonces yo también no voy a pagar porque igual no le dicen nada a él tampoco.
