I'm willing to run a contest on blurt related to tags. For more details read here : Bringing DCC to BLURT !.

But today I checked the #blurt tag and here is what I found : https://blurt.blog/created/blurt

I wouldn't share the screenshot to not offend anybody, but there is a lot of content there, not related at all with blurt. Pictures of flowers, nature, just philosophical topics, random thoughts, even selfies, nothing related to blurt itself.

Maybe we have freedom of speech here, or we can't downvote anybody, but at least let's ask from those who are using the wrong tags to not do so. I really don't understand people abusing the tag. When I don't write about blurt, I never use the tag. The same about other tags if used. I do my best to choose the most appropriate tags to the topic I'm writing about. And it's so easy to do.

Maybe some of you don't agree with me, but I consider tags very important part in any social media. And especially a decentralized one. Because we don't have that much people on them compared to centralized one, and usually people who invest in crypto are well organized people. We don't want them to see the mess here. They should find the appropriate content on the tag they are looking for. Especially we don't have communities here, so tags are the only way to find the content we are looking for.

Anyway, I'm investing some money here, and some time as well, and I hope more of us will care about the organization of the content here.

I'll run the contest anyway, and I hope I'll find more participants this time.
