He has a broad perspective and understands what is required to lead people to Christ.
Second, we walk with a foundation of truth. Faith is governed by truth. Reality is maintained by truth. Our devotion to God's word is what demonstrates our love for Him. Since the truth keeps us from acting in a wrong manner, we walk in it. We follow God's promises because we are confident in them, which motivates us to do both. As a pilot relies on instruments, radar, radio, and GPS (Global Positioning System) to direct him towards the optimal route to reach his goal, so too do we travel in truth, anticipating the best from the Lord.
