After subduing Israel, the erratic king of Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar, assumed power. He had not only led her commanders into captivity but had marched boldly into the Temple and taken all of its gold, silver, and sacred objects. After having a disturbing dream one night, he summoned all of his sorcerers, magicians, and astrologers. He challenged them to do something incredibly difficult: in addition to interpreting his dream, they had to tell him what he had dreamed! He threatened to kill them and turn their houses into heaps of ash if they were unable to complete this task.
As soon as the prophet Daniel heard the command, he went to Nebuchadnezzar and requested more time to interpret the dream. Abednego, Meshach, and Shadrach were invited to join him in prayer. Daniel's answer appeared to him in a night vision. He woke up, worshipped, and hurried to speak with Nebuchadnezzar after his awakening. Try to find our all-knowing Father's face if you are in an impossible circumstance right now and you need to hear from Him.
Invite believers to join you in fervent prayer by taking the time to do so. Take some time to bless His name when He hears your request and answers from heaven.
