You shouldn't look back on your experiences because they have all shaped who you are, both good and bad. Even the most challenging ones can strengthen you and get you ready for more challenging challenges in the future. Negative experiences might occasionally also make you feel happy and content later. All you have to do is deal with them appropriately. Let me explain how your unpleasant experience has reinforced you.

Things that we interpret as bad for ourselves aren't necessarily bad. At the end of the day, they leave us with lifelong knowledge.
