When you first put your faith in Jesus, a wonderful conversation happened. What was His became Yours. Your life was modeled after the life of Christ. His life is what defines it, not yours. He has beautifully defined who you are in Him. You belong to God as his child. Because of the keeping power of your Savior, you are safe. It is because the Lord values you that you are valuable. Since you are owned by the Almighty, you are safe.

God's self-definition glossary is found in the Bible. Scripture provides you with a faith family tree so you can identify your religious lineage. It is an image of who God thinks you are. Despite the rejection you experience from others, He sees you as acceptable in His Son. Every day, rejoice and celebrate Jesus' acceptance. Additionally, He uses your missteps as a chance to confirm His acceptance of you. Although your sin still has repercussions, you are always welcome to return to Him since you are His. He takes in and gives out His own.

God wants you to comprehend and adhere to His life's purpose. Thank God, it's a methodical procedure where He guides your actions! Don't let discouragement or dismay get the better of you on days when it seems like you're taking two steps forward and three steps back. Even if your steps appear hard and monotonous at times, God is still leading you. The Lord guides you by following in His footsteps. The prudent path is found in His footsteps. Don't rush ahead with the idea that you need to break a speed or quickness record.

Swift movements could actually push you in the wrong direction and force you to rediscover the lessons God is attempting to impart to you. Follow Him as you carefully see Him at work. You are under the step directorship of Holy Spirit. For education in His word and exercise in faith, you are enrolled in His step class. Acquire the ability to follow the Lord's lead. As you pray, pay attention to His Spirit's gentle nudge. Take a break when it's necessary. When the situation calls for it, accelerate. When it's necessary, reduce your pace. A bowed and surrendered man or woman follows God's instructions.

Being self-reliant is similar to exploring a new place on your own without a map or guidebook. It is irritating and pointless. Thinking fatalistically is the result. Conversely, God-directed actions follow a pattern of peace. You can find solace in His ethereal wisdom and broad perspective. He provides heavenly guidance that establishes His plan for your life.

He takes you step by step. You have faith that His method is the most effective. Have patience. Observe Him at work in the face of hardship and scarcity. Do not double-step with yourself. Keep pace with your Redeemer. Let your Maker determine how you should move. The best path is to walk in lockstep with the Lord. Refrain from taking the lead and put your faith on your relationship with Him. Let His guidance determine your course of action.
