(Eng-Esp) Morning Inspirational word

Good morning, dear friends, and welcome to another wonderful day in your presence. Thank you for joining me in this morning's inspiring word. Let's quickly see what's in today's package 🎁

Abram had a very bad start in understanding God's ways. He falsely claimed that his wife Sarah was his sister out of fear, putting her at moral risk and leaving her open to Pharoah's marriage attempts. Then he foolishly yielded to Sarah's frantic demand that he father a child with their servant Hagar, going to the other extreme.

Abram lacked morals, lacked discipline, and was powerless to resist harmful forces. Instead of being a man of God, he was a man of the world. He succumbed to pride and fear because he lacked genuine humility and the moral fortitude to walk in the ways of the Lord. Sometimes God's ways will be difficult, but it is better to trust Him, obey Him, and enjoy His favor.

People in the world can be divided into two groups: those who hold to a self-centered worldview and those who strive towards a God-centered one. The majority of people are self-centered and aspire to be independent. However, they will compromise their ideals in order to gain acceptance and approval when external circumstances endanger their peace and security.

Instead of making a prayerful, smart decision that glorifies the Lord and is much more beneficial in the long run for them and others, they succumb to an emotionally dumb option. A follower of God waits on God and aspires to do as He commands. A humble heart that has the courage to follow the Lord reflects the eternal presence of God.

And shortly after, when Lot was facing certain death, Abram bravely intervened with a little gathering of 300 soldiers to save Lot and his entire family from the combined might comprised of four Kings (Genesis 14:14–15). Courage and humility prevail!

Are you developing as a Christian or are you stagnant and making an effort to be like everyone else? Think about a reset to bring yourself low before the Lord, beg pardon for your independence, and rely on the Spirit to give you the courage to believe and obey God's will. Be courageous enough to assist someone when they uncover unintended effects of their action and have the humility to support them in their best judgment.

Stand up for the people you care about, even if it means risking your reputation, and be prepared to firmly and tenderly remind someone you love of God's promises and His ability to be trusted to wait for His moment. Courage and humility prevail!
